The Regal Art Journal: Wave is a handcrafted landscape-format art journal featuring an elegant Wave print on its luxurious front cover, paired with a complementary plain linen back. Its regal cover design is finished with exposed Coptic stitching, allowing the journal to open completely flat so you can paint comfortably from edge to edge.

Inside is one of our favorite papers for watercolor: ARCHES® Aquarelle Watercolor Paper, carefully cut, folded, and sewn by hand into your very own book of paintings. Available in 300 gsm Hot Press, Cold Press, or Rough, depending on availability, the heavyweight paper gives you the freedom to paint on both sides of each sheet with less worry about bleed-through and warping.

The Wave design is available in two landscape sizes:

Is the paper suitable for watercolor and mixed media?

Yes. All of our Art Journals are made with heavyweight, artist-grade paper designed for watercolor and mixed-media work. It can handle wet media while giving you a beautiful surface for painting, sketching, and layering.

Does the journal lay completely flat?

Yes. The journal uses Coptic binding, allowing the pages to open completely flat without needing to hold the book down. It’s especially handy when working across a full spread and makes it comfortable for both left- and right-handed artists.

How do I take care of a Linen-Bound Journal?

Linen is a beautiful natural fabric that develops character over time. With proper care, your journal can accompany you for many years.

  • Keep away from prolonged moisture and humidity.
  • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Store in a dust bag or protective sleeve when traveling.
  • Handle with clean, dry hands.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise announced for pre-orders or special releases.

Once on its way, estimated delivery times are:

  • NCR+: 1 to 3 business days
  • Luzon: 2 to 5 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5 to 14 business days

While we do our best to send your order as quickly as possible, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by weather, courier operations, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience as your journal makes its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Every Telapapel piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to make it right.
